摘  要:用热活化过硫酸盐氧化降解染料废水中的H酸(1-氨基-8-萘酚-3,6-二磺酸),考察了反应体系温度、氧化剂投加量、初始pH、氯化物对H酸降解动力学的影响。结果表明,热活化过硫酸盐降解染料废水中H酸符合伪一级动力学和阿伦尼乌斯模型(lnk=-5832/T+13.64,R2=0.962,T=303~333 K),反应的活化能为48.49 kJ/mol。反应速率随氧化剂浓度增加而增加(kobs=0.00145[PS]0+0.0055,R2=0.973,[PS]0=1.2~6.0 mmol/L)。研究发现,在H酸浓度为500 mg/L,PS投加量6.0 mmol/L,体系温度为50℃,初始pH=3~9条件下,pH=9时降解效果最好,H酸去除率达到77%。低浓度的Cl-对H酸去除效果影响可忽略不计。自由基淬灭实验证明反应体系中主要活性物种是SO·-4自由基。H acid(1-amino-8-naphphenol-3,6-disulfonic acid)in dye making wastewater was degraded by thermally activated persulfate.Effects of reaction temperature,oxidant dosage,initial pH and chloride on degradation of H acid were investigated.Results showed that the degradation of H acid in dye making wastewater was in accordance with pseudo-primary kinetics,and excellent fitting with the Arrhenius equation(ln k=-5832/T+13.64,R 2=0.962,T=303~333 K).The apparent activation energy of the reaction was 48.49 kJ/mol.The apparent rate constant increased with the concentration of oxidants(k obs=0.00145[PS]0+0.0055,R 2=0.973,[PS]0=1.2~6.0 mmol/L).The study found that at the concentration of H acid 500 mg/L,PS added 6.0 mmol/L,the system temperature was 50℃,the initial pH=3~9,the initial pH=9 degradation was the best,H acid removal rate reached 77%.The effect of low concentration Cl-on the removal of H acid was negligible.The main free radical in the reaction system was SO·-4.
