摘  要:以TiO2为改性剂的镁铝尖晶石载体,以钴钼为主要活性组分,Ni、Fe、Ce、K为活性助剂,通过混捏浸渍法制得具有脱氧性能的催化剂,同时对催化剂及载体进行BET、XRD表征,对硫化条件、反应空速、干湿气反应、热稳定性进行探究。结果表明,改性剂TiO2、活性助剂NiO、K2O对催化剂的脱氧性能有较好的促进作用,且TiO2含量对催化剂晶型结构有一定影响,干气硫化效果好,当硫化时间≥2 h,催化剂硫化程度趋于稳定,空速低于5000 h-1,提高空速有助于脱氧效率,干气反应比湿气反应脱氧率高,催化剂热稳定性好。Magnesium-aluminum spinel carrier with TiO 2 as modifier,cobalt-molybdenum as main active component,Ni,Fe,Ce and K as active assistants,catalysts with deoxidation performance were prepared by kneading impregnation method.At the same time,the catalyst and support were characterized by BET and XRD,and the sulfurization conditions,reaction space velocity,dry and wet gas reaction,and thermal stability were investigated.The results showed that the modifier TiO2,active auxiliary NiO and K2O had a good promoting effect on the deoxidizing property of catalyst,and the content of TiO2 had a certain influence on the crystal structure of catalyst,the dry gas vulcanization effect is better.When the vulcanization time exceeded 2 h,the degree of catalyst vulcanization tended to be stable.When the reaction space velocity was lower than 5000 h-1,increasing the reaction space velocity helped the deoxygenation efficiency.Gas reaction had a higher deoxidation rate than moisture reaction,and the catalyst had good thermal stability.
