三元共聚可水解暂堵材料的合成及性能评价

摘　　要：以苯乙烯、顺丁烯二酸酐、丙烯酸为原料,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,通过自由基聚合的方法合成了一种高分子材料。研究结果表明,聚合物由于2.36 mV的Zeta电位及纳米粒径均匀分布可引发自聚集效应,有利于在地层裂缝,孔隙中结块形成桥堵;可降低裂缝渗透率至9 mD以内,封堵率最高可达91.35%,渗透率恢复值可达94%以上;封堵强度可达22.43 MPa,并成功二次压裂出新裂缝;水解率随温度成正比,在90℃条件下水解6 h残渣质量可达到最小值1.33%,水解性能优良,可满足中高温油藏三次采油生产施工需要。A polymer material was synthesized by free radical polymerization using styrene,maleic anhydride and acrylic acid as raw materials and azobisisobutyronitrile as an initiator.The results show that the polymer’s zeta potential of 2.36 mV and the uniform distribution of nanometer particle size can induce self-aggregation effect,which is conducive to formation of bridge plugs in formation fractures and pores;it can reduce fracture permeability to within 9 mD,with the highest plugging rate can reach 91.35%,and the recovery value of permeability can reach more than 94%;the sealing strength can reach 22.43 MPa and successfully fracturing out new cracks;the hydrolysis rate is proportional to the temperature,and the quality of the residue can be achieved after hydrolysis at 90℃for 6 h,the minimum value is 1.33%,and the hydrolysis performance is excellent,which can meet the construction needs of tertiary oil recovery in medium and high temperature reservoirs.
