摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯和乙酸铜为原料,柠檬酸和葡萄糖作还原剂,采用水解法制备了Cu2O/TiO2复合光催化剂,并通过XRD和SEM表征手段进行了表征。以Cu2O/TiO2为光催化剂,考察了反应时间、初始浓度、催化剂用量、起始pH和温度等因素对光催化降解亚甲基蓝脱色率的影响。结果表明,在高压汞灯照射下,以0.01 g Cu2O/TiO2为光催化剂,以100 mL 10 mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟废水,pH为7.0,25℃下光催化反应60 min,亚甲基蓝脱色率可以达到94.38%,其脱色动力学反应为准一级过程。Cu2O/TiO2 composite photocatalyst was prepared by hydrolysis method using tetrabutyl titanate and copper acetate as raw material,citric acid and glucose as reducing agents,photocatalysts are characterized by XRD and SEM.Using Cu2O/TiO2 as photocatalyst,the effects of reaction time,initial concentration,catalyst dosage,initial pH and temperature on photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue were investigated.The results showed that under the irradiation of high pressure mercury lamp,0.01 g Cu2O/TiO2 as photocatalyst,100 mL 10 mg/L methylene blue solution was used as the simulated wastewater at pH 7.0,reaction 60 min at 25℃,the decolorization rate of methylene blue could reach 94.38%.The decolorization kinetics reaction was a first-order process.
