摘 要:探讨了以聚偏氟乙烯为原料的超滤膜的膜污染机制与防治技术方法。由于超滤技术对颗粒物和微生物去除效果的优越性和持续性,已经被越来越多地应用于污废水处理。然而,聚偏氟乙烯本身具有疏水性,易造成膜污染,导致膜通量大幅度下降,这已经成为该治理技术的发展瓶颈之一。主要介绍了膜污染形成原因以及国内外几种关于膜污染问题解决的技术方法,以其为聚偏氟乙烯超滤膜技术应用提供借鉴。The membrane fouling mechanism and control methods of ultrafiltration membrane using polyvinylidene fluoride as raw materials were discussed.Due to the superiority and persistence of ultrafiltration technology in the removal of particulate matter and microorganisms,it has been increasingly used in sewage treatment.However,polyvinylidene fluoride itself is hydrophobic and easily causes membrane fouling,which leads to a significant decline in membrane flux,which has become one of the bottlenecks in the development of this treatment technology.And introduces the causes of membrane fouling and several technical methods for solving membrane fouling problems at home and abroad,which can provide references for the application of polyvinylidene fluoride ultrafiltration membrane technology.
