摘  要:Reduced thiol compounds(RTCs),such as glutathione(GSH),cysteine(Cys),and homocysteine(Hcy),are important components of many amino acids andproteins.They are also basic buiding blocks that make up organisms and play an important role in physiology and pathology.Therefore,based on thefundamental characteristics of RTCs in vivo,researchers have reported their use in biosensing and imaging analysis and as carriers inlfe sciences andhealth sciences.n this review,we will itroduce the principles of RTLs and highlight their applications in biosensing and imaging analysis and as carriersreported from 2015 to 2020.
