摘  要:介绍了传统中压联醇和低压联醇工艺的特点和流程。阐述了运用现代煤化工设计理念,通过相关技术耦合,将单醇装置移植在低压煤制合成氨工艺中,组合成新型双低压联醇工艺,并介绍了其工艺流程、主要控制参数和创新点。生产运行结果显示:改进后的二期氨产量与一期相同为310 t/d,二期联产甲醇384 t/d;同时,二期吨醇(氨)产品煤耗为1.54 t,电耗531 kWh,水耗9.0 t,并副产蒸气2.05 t。The characteristics and flow of traditional medium pressure combined methanol process and low pressure combined methanol process were introduced. And using modern coal chemical engineering design concept, through the relevant technology coupling, the single methanol unit was transplanted into the low pressure coal to ammonia process, and a new double low pressure combined methanol process was developed. The process flow, main control parameters and innovations were also introduced. The production and operation results showed that the ammonia output of the second phase was the same as that of the first phase, which was 310 t/d, and the methanol output was 384 t/d. Meanwhile, the coal consumption per ton of methanol(ammonia) product in the second phase was 1.54 t, the power consumption was 531 kWh, the water consumption was 9.0 t, and the by-product steam was 2.05 t.
