摘 要:针对目前国内典型的固定床煤气化废水酚氨回收工艺流程在运行过程中存在的设备易堵塞、能耗高和生化处理难度大的问题,进行了新流程的开发。新流程首先采用二氧化碳酸性气体酸化饱和煤气化废水,降低废水pH值,然后进行萃取脱酚和油,最后进行脱酸脱氨。经过流程模拟和试验验证,该工艺技术不仅能保证萃取脱酚效果,而且可从根本上解决设备堵塞问题,减少设备投资和占地,提高副产品氨的品质,减少过程中的升温和冷却过程、从而大幅度降低能耗。In view of the problems of equipment blockage,high energy consumption and difficulty in biochemical treatment,a new recovery process of phenol ammonia from domestic typical fixed-bed coal gasification wastewater was developed.In the new process,CO2 was used to acidify the coal gasification wastewater to reduce the pH value of the wastewater firstly,then extracted oil and phenol,and finally removed the acid and ammonia from the wastewater.Through the process simulation and experimental verification,the process technology could not only ensure the extraction effect,but also fundamentally solve the problem of equipment blockage,reduce equipment investment and land coverage,improve the quality of by-product ammonia,and reduce the heating and cooling process,thus greatly reducing the energy consumption.
