摘　　要：介绍了SDS脱硫和SCR脱硝一体化技术在太钢焦化厂7.63 m焦炉烟道气脱硫脱硝技改中的应用实践,包括工艺流程、详细配置、关键技术要点、特殊操作管控方法和相关运行参数。通过运行实践,烟道气中SO2、NOx和粉尘颗粒物排放质量浓度分别小于20 mg/m3、100 mg/m3和10 mg/m3,优于GB 16171—2012中规定的特别排放限值要求。The application practice of SDS desulfurization and SCR denitrification integrated technology in the technological transformation of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification of 7.63 m coke oven in TISCO Coking Plant was introduced,including the process flow,detailed configuration,key technical points,special operation control methods and relevant operating parameters.Through the operation practice,the emission mass concentration of SO2,NOx and dust particles in flue gas was less than 20 mg/m3,100 mg/m3 and 10 mg/m3 respectively,which was better than the special emission limit requirements stipulated in GB 16171—2012.
