摘  要:结合中煤陕西榆林能源化工有限公司水煤浆气化炉实际运行情况,总结了气化炉内上升管与下降管之间堵塞情况,从工艺烧嘴匹配、煤浆浓度匹配、气化炉上升管与下降管之间环隙尺寸3个方面分析了堵塞的原因。针对气化炉液位上涨的不同时期提出了相应的处理措施,并从原料煤、灰水系统、工艺和设备等方面提出了预防措施,有助于气化炉长周期运行。Combined with the actual operation of coal water slurry gasifier in Shaanxi Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the blockage between riser tube and down tube in gasifier was summarized,and the causes of blockage were analyzed from three aspects such as the matching of process burner,coal slurry concentration,and size of annular gap between riser tube and down tube of gasifier.According to different periods for the rise of gasifier liquid level,the corresponding treatment measures were proposed,and the preventive measures were put forward from the aspects of raw coal,ash water system,process and equipment,which was conducive to the long-term operation of the gasifier.
