摘  要:为探索研究高硫煤前置脱硫技术,在不同温度乏氧热解和水蒸气活化处理条件下,对贵州某高硫煤进行了前置脱硫实验研究。研究结果表明:乏氧热解处理无法对低挥发分煤种中硫进行有效脱除,水蒸气活化处理硫脱除效率虽达到了49.38%,在技术上有可行性,但固定碳损失约21.7%,煤炭热值损失较大。In order to explore the pre-desulfurization technology of high-sulfur coal,the experimental study was made on the pre-desulfurization for high-sulfur coal from Guizhou Province under the conditions of hypoxic pyrolysis and steam activation at different temperatures.The results showed that the sulfur in low volatile coal could not be effectively removed by hypoxic pyrolysis treatment.Steam activation treatment could achieve 49.38%sulfur removal,which was technically feasible,but the fixed carbon loss was about 21.7%at the same time,and the coal calorific value loss was large.
