伏立康唑用于预防和治疗侵袭性真菌病的病历调查分析

摘　　要：目的:通过分析某院2018年住院患者临床使用伏立康唑的情况,为临床医师诊治侵袭性真菌病提供参考。方法:回顾性调查某院2018年1月1日至2018年12月31日期间使用伏立康唑住院患者的临床资料,采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:161份病例纳入研究,仅有80例患者按照药品说明书推荐的用法用量使用。伏立康唑联合应用抗菌药物的病例为149例(92.55%),抗菌药物以美罗培南和头孢哌酮舒巴坦最为常见。联合使用具有相互作用的药物主要为泮托拉唑、甲泼尼松、兰索拉唑。结论:本研究中侵袭性真菌病感染患者年龄集中在65岁以上,住院时间一般较长,合并基础疾病肺炎和低蛋白血症患者居多,病原菌以白色念珠菌为主。临床应按照药品说明书使用伏立康唑并减少联合使用存在相互作用的药物。Objective:To analyze the clinical use of voriconazole in a hospital in 2018 to provide reference for clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of invasive fungal diseases.Methods:The clinical data of inpatients using voriconazole in a hospital from January 1,2018 to December 31,2018 was retrospectively investigated,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software.Results:161 cases were included in the study,and only 80 cases were used according to the drug instructions.There were 149 cases(92.55%)of voriconazole combined with antibiotics.Meropenem and cefoperazone sulbactam were the most common antibiotics.The main drugs with interaction were pantoprazole,methylprednisone and lansoprazole.Conclusion:In this study,the patients with invasive fungal infection were mainly over 65 years old,and the length of hospital stay was generally longer.The majority of patients with underlying diseases pneumonia and hypoproteinemia were patients with Candida albicans.Clinical use of voriconazole should be in accordance with the drug instructions and reduce the combined use of drugs with interaction.
