摘  要:本文通过对石油化工行业双套管急冷换热管束结构的叙述,对该类产品使用普通设备制造的难点及关键工艺技术进行介绍,详细阐述了制造过程中采取的工艺措施和解决方法。通过理论分析和试验模拟,确定影响双套管结构制造的影响因素,设计了U型内坡口结构,减少了焊接量,保证了全焊透;设计套装工装,保证管束穿管质量;对内管预先进行拉伸,减少运行过程中内管变形量,保证运行效果;改进了下连接件坡口型式并堆焊镍基隔离层,避免焊后热处理和降低异种钢焊接应力。this article describes the structure of the double-tube quench heat exchange tube bundle in the petrochemical industry,introduces the difficulties and key process technologies of this type of product using common equipment,and elaborates the process measures and solutions adopted in the manufacturing process.Through theoretical analysis and experimental simulation,the influencing factors of the double-tube structure are determined,and the U-shaped internal groove structure is designed,which reduces the amount of welding and ensures full penetration;design tooling to ensure the quality of tube bundle penetration;The pipe is pre-stretched to reduce the deformation of the inner pipe during operation and ensure the operation effect;the groove type of the lower connector is improved and the nickel-based isolation layer is overlaid to avoid post-weld heat treatment and reduce the welding stress of dissimilar steel.
