摘 要:为了解油桐尺蛾对寄主植物的选择和适应机制,测定了巨尾桉(Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla)广林9号无性系和油桐(Vernicia fordii)叶片主要生化物质的含量,探讨两种寄主植物对油桐尺蛾(Buzura suppressaria)中肠主要酶类活性的影响。结果显示,油桐叶的可溶性糖和总氮含量显著高于广林9号叶,淀粉含量显著低于广林9号,两者的丹宁含量差异不显著。油桐尺蛾取食油桐叶后,其中肠蔗糖酶和中性蛋白酶活性显著高于取食广林9号叶者,纤维素酶、淀粉酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性则显著低于取食广林9号叶者。油桐可能是油桐尺蛾更适宜的寄主植物。In order to find out selection and adaptability of Buzura suppressaria to host plats,contents of main biochemical substances in leaves of Eucalyptus grandis×E.urophylla GLGU9 and Vernicia fordii were determined and effects of the two host plants on main enzymes in midgut of B.suppressaria larvae were explored.Results showed that contents of soluble sugar and total nitrogen in leaves of V.fordii were significantly higher than those of GLGU9 leaves;starch content was significantly lower;tannin content was not significantly different.The activities of sucrose and neutral protease in midgut of larvae feeding with V.fordii leaves were significantly higher than those feeding with GLGU9 leaves,while the activities of cellulase,amylase and superoxidase dismutase were significantly lower.V.fordii might be more suitable host plant for B.suppressaria.
