摘　　要：笔者受我国著名针灸学家左常波教授“三调一治”针灸体系的启示,运用“调筋”针刺手法松解督脉筋结,“调血”放血方法畅通督脉气血,在此二者畅通督脉基础上,针刺“新八髎”激发督脉阳气、透邪外达,以此治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著。本研究阐述慢性荨麻疹的病因病机、治则治法以及“通督升阳针法”的针法立意、操作组成和功效主治,并附一则临床医案以示其有效性,以期为针灸治疗慢性荨麻疹提供一种行之有效的治疗方法。Inspired by the acupuncture system of"three adjustments and one treatment"of Professor ZUO Changbo,a famous acupuncturist in China,the author uses"Tongdu Shengyang acupuncture"to treat chronic urticaria.This study expounded the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle and treatment method of chronic urticaria,as well as the acupuncture idea,operation composition and efficacy of"Tongdu Shengyang acupuncture".A clinical medical case is attached to prove its effectiveness,aiming to provide an effective treatment method for acupuncture treatment of chronic urticaria.
