口罩中微量铅离子含量的纸基分析检测装置

摘  要:为检测口罩中的铅离子含量,通过磁控溅射法先在双面导电碳胶带上镀金膜以充分提高导电性能,再镀铋以构建铋膜修饰电极,然后集成在纸基分析装置中通过溶出伏安法对铅离子进行检测,并对镀金时间、预富集电位和预富集时间等实验条件进行优化.在优化条件下,电化学峰电流与铅离子质量浓度在1~1 000μg·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,最低检测限为0.4μg·L^-1.对不同品牌的口罩样品进行消解、赶酸、定容处理后,采用本文装置对口罩中铅离子含量进行检测的结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, ICP-MS)标准方法检测结果的相对误差较小.In order to detect the Pb2+ in the face masks, a gold film is coated on the double-sided conductive carbon tape by magnetron sputtering to improve the conductivity, and then plated with bismuth to construct the gold-bismuth film modified electrodes, and integrated in a paper-based analysis device. The test is carried out based on stripping voltammetry, and the experimental conditions, such as gold plating time, pre-enrichment potential and pre-enrichment time, are optimized. Under optimized conditions, the electrochemical peak current has a linear relationship with the mass concentration of the lead ion in the range of 1~1 000 μg·L^-1, and the lowest detection limit reaches 0.4 μg·L^-1. After digestion, acid removal and constant volume treatment of different mask samples, this device could be used to detect the content of lead ions in the mask with similar results to those detected with ICP-MS.
