摘  要:玄武岩纤维绳材做为一种新型建筑材料,相比玄武岩纤维筋材,没有经过树脂固化工序,具有强度高、抗折能力强、成本低等特点.笔者对玄武岩纤维绳抗拉试件制作方法以及抗拉强度进行了试验研究,并对试验结果进行了分析.研究表明,采用“两端套筒固化法”制作受拉试件满足试验要求;采用纤维丝总面积法计算绳类试件抗拉强度,比直接按直径取截面积的方法更加接近实际的绳类受力状况;玄武岩纤维绳的抗拉强度接近HRB400级钢筋,但破坏形式为脆性破坏,没有屈服区,工程应用中可采取一些保护措施,防止脆断发生.Basalt fiber rope is a new type of building material.Compared with basalt fiber reinforced materials,it has no resin curing process,and has the characteristics of high strength,strong folding resistance and low cost.In this paper,the tensile strength test of basalt fiber rope is studied and the test results are analyzed.The research shows that the calculation of the tensile strength of the rope specimens by the total area of the fiber is more close to the actual rope stress than the method of directly taking the cross-sectional area by the diameter;the tensile strength of the basalt fiber rope is close to that of the HRB400 steel.However,the form of damage is brittle failure,there is no yield zone,and some protective measures can be taken in engineering applications to prevent brittle fracture.
