摘  要:在过渡季节,我国民用建筑以及多数商用建筑无空调和供暖需求,因此能耗主要集中在生活热水的供应.燃气机热泵以天然气为一次能源,在驱动热泵系统进行高效制热的同时,充分回收发动机余热,可达到高效制取生活热水的目的.笔者开发了一台燃气发动机驱动的蒸气压缩式空气源热泵热水机组,并对燃气机热泵系统供生活热水性能进行了实验研究.结果表明:环境温度对性能有明显影响,当环境温度从13.4℃增加到19.6℃,系统COP和PER分别增加22.2%和13.6%;转速越高,系统性能越差,当转速为1800 r/min时,系统COP和PER分别为3.29和1.20;当生活热水温度为54.9℃时运行能效降低,系统PER为1.26;在满足用户负荷需求的前提下,尽可能使机组在低回水温度和低转速下运行.In the transition season,there is no air conditioning and heating demands for China's civil buildings and most commercial buildings,so the energy consumption is mainly concentrated in the domestic hot water supply.The gas engine heat pump takes natural gas as the primary energy.While driving the heat pump system for efficient heating,the waste heat of the engine can be fully recovered to achieve the purpose of making domestic hot water efficiently.A set of steam compressed air source heat pump facility driven by gas engine was established according to the needs of the building for domestic hot water in the transition season in this paper.The performances of the gas-engine-driven heat pump system were experimented with transition seasonal operation condition.The results show that Ambient temperature has a significant effect on performance,the COP and PER increases by 22.2%and 13.6%respectively while the ambient air temperature is from 13.4℃to 19.6℃.The higher speed is,the worse the system performance maintains.The COP and PER of the system are 3.29 and 1.20 respectively when the speed is 1800 rpm.When the domestic hot water temperature is 54.9℃,the operating energy efficiency decreases,and the system PER is 1.26.Under the premise of satisfying the user's load demand,the unit should run at low return water temperature and low speed as far as possible.
