摘　　要：基层医院病理科不能满足医院整体的发展需求,而互联智慧分级诊疗服务体系中的远程病理会诊能够突破物理空间的制约,促进优质医疗资源的共享,提升基层医院的病理诊断能力。河南省人民医院于2015年开始运行远程病理会诊平台,通过对其实践及效果进行总结,并从提高上级医院远程病理会诊参与度、增强两级医院病理医生线下互动、提升基层医院病理科建设等3个方面提出了远程病理会诊平台的发展策略。The department of pathology cannot meet the development needs of primary hospitals.Base on the internet intelligent hierarchical diagnosis and treatment service system,remote pathological consultation can break through the restriction of physical space,promote the sharing of quality medical resources and increase the pathological diagnosis capacity in primary hospitals.The Henan provincial people's hospital has implemented the remote pathological consultation system since 2015.We summarized its practice and effect,and put forward three development strategies:enhancing the participation of superior hospital in remote pathological consultation,strengthening the offline interaction of pathologists between the two levels hospitals,and improving the construction of pathology department in primary hospitals.
