摘　　要：大型公立医院单体多院区建设可能是下一步大型综合公立医院的发展方向。华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院2015年起相继建设了光谷院区及中法新城院区,采取“一体化”管理模式,通过垂直、扁平化管理,形成了管理一体化、人力资源一体化、保障一体化的多院区管理特色,实现了3个院区医疗服务质量“同品质”。The construction of single multi-district hospital in large public hospitals may be the development direction of large-scale general public hospitals in the next step.Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of science and technology has successively built optical valley hospital district and Sino-French new town hospital district since 2015.By adopting the integrated management mode and vertical and flat management,Tongji Hospital has formed a multiple hospital management feature of management integration,human resource integration and security integration,and realized the"same quality"of medical service quality in the three hospitals.
