多院区医院医疗质量管理难点与对策分析

摘　　要：近年来,众多国内大型三甲医院在组织形式上转为多院区医院。在多院区医院发展过程中,如何更好地保持和提高多院区医院的医疗质量成为医务管理中的关键问题。作者通过华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院新院区医疗质量管理实践,分析多院区医院面临的质量管理难点,结合实践进行对策分析,以供国内公立医院参考。In recent years,many large Grade III hospitals in China have been transformed into multi-district hospitals.In the development process of multi-district hospital,how to better maintain and improve the medical quality has become a key issue in medical management.Through the practice of medical quality management in the new district of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,this paper analyzes the difficulties of quality management faced by multi-destrict hospitals,and analyzes the countermeasures combined with practice,so as to provide reference for domestic public hospitals.
