摘　　要：目的:了解后疫情时期多院区医院复工复产的影响因素,为医院有序、快速全面复工复产提供科学依据。方法:采用问卷星调查湖北省武汉市某三甲多院区医院861名医务人员复工复产情况,使用SEM构建相关因素影响机制模型。结果:该院3个院区医务人员复工复产约75%工作量,其主要受院感求助意愿以及新冠肺炎疫情期间工作情况直接影响,直接效应分别为0.076(P<0.05)和0.120(P<0.05);同时受社会支持以及保持社交距离通过院感问题求助意愿间接影响,间接效应分别为0.005(P<0.05)和0.0095(P<0.05)。结论:应从加强专业求助建设、落实社会防控政策、强化对职工的社会支持、激发职业荣誉感等角度实施针对性措施,强化多院区一体化管理,以促进尽快全面高效复工复产,确保人民生命安全和身体健康。Objective:To understand the factors affecting the resumption of work and production in hospitals in multi-district hospitals during the post-epidemic period,and to provide a scientific basis for the orderly,rapid and comprehensive resumption of work and production in hospitals.Methods:The questionnaire was used to investigate the resumption of work and production of 861 medical staff in a Grade III hospital in Wuhan,Hubei Province,and the influence mechanism model of related factors was constructed using SEM.Results:About 75%of the workload of the medical staff in the hospital’s 3 districts was resuming work and production,which was mainly directly affected by the hospital’s willingness to ask for help and the work situation during the COVID-19 epidemic.The direct effects were 0.076(P<0.05)and 0.120(P<0.05);At the same time,it is indirectly affected by social support and social distancing through hospitality problems and the willingness to ask for help.The indirect effects are 0.005(P<0.05)and 0.0095(P<0.05)respectively.Conclusion:We should implement targeted measures from the perspectives of strengthening professional assistance construction,implementing social prevention and control policies,strengthening social support for employees,and stimulating professional honor,and strengthen the integrated management of multi-district hospitals to promote comprehensive and efficient resumption of work and production as soon as possible to ensure people’s lives are safe and healthy.
