摘　　要：目的:了解北京市属公立医院青年医务工作者的思想政治现状,以更好地引领凝聚、组织动员和联系服务青年医务工作者。方法:采用问卷调查法,对北京市属22所公立医院1446名青年医务工作者进行问卷调查,内容涉及对社会主义核心价值观的认知和践行、医院培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的途径和青年医务工作者的偏好等。结果:被调查人员对社会主义核心价值观各项内容所属层面的认知程度为37.41%〜92.46%,其观念和行为体现出能够经常践行社会主义核心价值观目标,中共党员和群众的认知程度和经常践行比例整体上高于共青团员(P<0.05);市属公立医院通过多种途径培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,得到了青年医务工作者广泛的关注和认可。结论:公立医院应当进一步加强青年(尤其是团员)的爱国主义教育和理想信念教育;充分运用信息化手段组织青年医务工作者学习理论知识,积极探索“互联网+共青团”模式;进一步健全沟通渠道,积极倾听青年医务工作者的意见和建议;充分发挥医院党组织、工会、团组织的作用,关心青年医务工作者的工作压力和生活困难并提供必要的帮助。Objective:To investigate the ideological status of young staff in municipal public hospitals in Beijing for better leading,uniting,organizing,motivating,connecting,and serving young medical staff.Method:The study was carried out through questionnaires.1446 young staff in 22 municipal public hospitals in Beijing were selected as the object.The content of the survey involved the young staff’s cultivate and practice of core socialist values,the ways in which hospitals cultivate and practice core socialist values and the preferences of young staff.Results:Respondents had a degree of awareness of the contents of core socialist values ranging from 37.41%to 92.46%,their concepts and behaviors could often implement the core socialist values(75.52%~97.72%).The level of awareness of the Communist Party members and the masses and the proportion of those who frequently practice core socialist values higher than those of the Communist Youth League members(P<0.05).Municipal public hospitals cultivate and practice the core socialist values of through a variety of forms,and had received widespread attention(87.21%~96.54%)and recognition(83.26%~95.50%)from young staff.Conclusion:It is recommended that public hospitals should strengthen patriotism education;to utilize information technology to organize theory learning,and to explore“Internet+CYL”path;to further improve communication channels and actively listen to the opinions and suggestions of young staff;to give full play to the role of hospitals’party organizations,unions,and league organizations,to care about the work pressure and life difficulties of young staff,and provide the necessary assistance.
