摘　　要：医疗资源整合是国家建立分级诊疗制度的重要因素,理想的医联体建设是实现分级诊疗制度的重要技术支撑手段。当前医联体评价大多以定性或半定量指标建立,衡量效果参差不齐,且评价维度的思考不足,容易造成评价体系缺失。本研究从资源整合角度构建区域医联体评价维度,从宏观构建入手,为医联体评价指标体系发展探索方向,也为构建布局合理、分工协作效果优良的医疗服务体系和分级诊疗就医格局提供帮助。The integration of medical resources is an important factor for the establishment of a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in China,and the construction of an ideal medical cluster is an important technical support means to realize the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The current evaluation of medical cluster is mostly based on qualitative or semi-quantitative indicators,with uneven measurement effects,and insufficient consideration of evaluation dimensions,which can easily lead to a missing evaluation system.This study builds the evaluation dimension of regional medical cluster from the perspective of resource integration,starts with macro construction,explores the direction for the development of the evaluation index system of medical cluster,and provides assistance in building a medical service system with reasonable layout and excellent division of labor,as well as a hierarchical diagnosis and treatment pattern.
