摘　　要：利用文献调研法与专家咨询法,结合某三级综合医院医疗质量管理实践,建立医疗质量管理标准化体系框架,包括9项一级框架、54项二级框架、725项三级标准要素。通过具体案例,阐述应用效果,为医疗质量管理标准化体系本土化建设与实际应用提供依据,促进医疗质量持续提升。Using the literature research method and expert consultation method,combined with the medical quality management practice of a Grade III hospital,the framework of the medical quality management standardization system is established,including 9 first-class frameworks,54 second-class frameworks,and 725 third-class standard elements.Through specific cases,explain the application effects,provide a basis for the localization and practical application of the medical quality management standardization system,and promote the continuous improvement of medical quality.
