摘　　要：医疗服务价格动态调整的相关因素包括医疗服务成本变化、医用商品价格变化、服务项目比价关系和优化医院收入结构、医疗服务供求关系变化、医院等级和医师级别差异、群众整体负担水平和医保基金承受能力、当地社会经济发展水平和财政负担能力、国家宏观调控和卫生健康产业发展政策等。分析了相关因素对医疗服务价格动态调整的影响和作用机理,以专家咨询法与层次分析法设置了相关因素的权重系数,为医疗服务价格动态调整提供参考。Relevant factors for the dynamic adjustment of medical service prices include changes in medical service costs,changes in medical commodity prices,price comparisons of service items and optimization of hospital income structure,changes in medical service supply and demand,differences in hospital levels and physician levels,the overall burden level of the masses,and medical insurance funds Capacity,local social and economic development level and financial affordability,national macro-control and health industry development policies,etc.The influence and mechanism of related factors on the dynamic adjustment of medical service prices are analyzed,and the weight coefficients of related factors are set by the expert consultation method and the analytic hierarchy process to provide a reference for the dynamic adjustment of medical service prices.
