摘　　要：从患者角度出发,选取山西省5所公立三甲医院1986名住院患者进行入院、在院及出院三大服务环节中的服务需求调研,通过获取真实准确的调查结果,获得患者在住院服务中的需求。利用信息化技术,为患者构建方便、安全、高效的住院信息化服务体系,真正解决住院患者的实际需求,为住院信息化服务体系的建设提供理论依据和数据支撑。通过实施住院信息化服务前后分析,可针对性地改善服务质量,提高患者总体满意度,提高三级医院住院信息化服务水平。From the perspective of patients,we selected 1986 inpatients from five public GradeⅢLevel A hospitals in Shanxi Province to conduct service demand surveys in the three major service links of admission,in-hospital and discharge.By obtaining true and accurate survey results,the needs of patients in inpatient services were obtained.Use information technology to build a convenient,safe and efficient inpatient information service system for patients,truly solve the actual needs of inpatients,and provide theoretical basis and data support for the construction of inpatient information service system.Through the analysis before and after the implementation of inpatient information services,it is possible to improve the quality of services,increase the overall satisfaction of patients,and improve the level of inpatient information services in GradeⅢhospitals.
