摘　　要：上海市胸科医院以问题为导向,依托信息化技术改造人工操作流程,为手术室建立基于智能化药车的多个独立药品存储和使用管理系统,简化药品发放、使用、收费、盘点工作流程,从而实现手术室麻醉药品精细化管理。与传统药箱模式相比,基于智能化药车的管理模式提高了手术室药房工作效率和术中麻醉用药记录的及时性和准确性,保障了麻醉药品的存储和取药安全,并且全程可追溯,取得一定实践成效。Objective:The study aimed at exploring and discussing the effect of Intelligent Medicine Cabinet in delicacy management of narcotics in the operating department.Methods:Fishbone diagram was applied in discussing the way to improve narcotics management in the operating department.Based on the reconstruction of information system,the intelligent medicine Cabinet was provided in each operating room.Most of the manual operations were replaced by electronic ways,in drug distribution,drug use,charging and counting,respectively.Result:Compared with traditional management by medical kit,the intelligent medicine Cabinet helped to optimize workflow and strengthened management.As a result,the accuracy of narcotics use in the operating room was highly enhanced with more timely records.In the meanwhile,the safety of narcotics was better ensured.Conclusion:The intelligent medicine Cabinet successfully contributed to the safer,faster,and more standard use of narcotics in the operating department.The key point depended on maintaining and docking the intelligence and information systems.
