摘 要:医院职工年龄跨度大,不同年龄段职工思想和实际需求有很大差别,对思政工作提出了更高要求。需要思政工作者坚持人民至上,时刻以职工为中心,不断挖掘升华医院文化积淀与内涵,用文化凝聚人、塑造人、引领人。江苏省苏北人民医院顺应新时代、新形势、新发展与新要求,从2014年开始开展思想文化沙龙工作,以入职时间来区分,以员工阶段性需求为针对,以10年左右成长为预期,以解决实际问题为落脚点。在每次活动中都设计不同的特色元素,逐渐形成全方位、全过程、体系化的“时间轴”关爱体系思政工作模式,取得明显成效。Employees in our hospital have a large age span,and the ideological and actual needs of employees of different age groups are very different.This puts forward higher requirements for ideological and political work.It is necessary for ideological and political workers to adhere to the people's supremacy,always focus on employees,and constantly explore and sublimate hospital culture Accumulation and connotation,take advantage of hospital culture to unite,shape and lead employees.In response to the new era,new situation,new trend and new requirements,our hospital started to carry out ideological and cultural salon work in 2014.We divided employees into groups by entry time,aim to the needs of employees,to talk about the expected growth in about ten years,and ended up solving the pragmatic problems.In each event,different characteristic elements are designed to gradually form a comprehensive,full-process,and systematic ideological and political work model with Timeline Care System.
