摘 要:目的探讨5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)区域动脉灌注对急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法2019年10月选取24只健康成年雄性SD大鼠,创建SAP模型,编号后采用随机数法抽样分为A组(创建SAP模型)、B组(创建SAP模型后经股静脉输注5-FU)和C组(创建SAP模型后区域动脉灌注5-FU)。比较3组大鼠血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶、胰腺细胞凋亡指数、胰腺病理评分等。结果B、C组大鼠血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶水平,以及胰腺细胞凋亡指数、胰腺病理评分均明显低于A组,C组大鼠血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶水平,以及胰腺细胞凋亡指数、胰腺病理评分均明显低于B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论5-FU区域动脉灌注可抑制SAP大鼠胰腺细胞凋亡,保护胰腺细胞免受免疫活性物质的攻击,具有保护胰腺的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)regional arterial perfusion on the cellular apoptosis of the rats with acute severe pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Twenty-four healthy adult male SD rats were selected to create the SAP models and randomly divided into the group A(SAP group),group B(5-FU transfemoral infusion after model creation)and group C(5-FU regional arterial perfusion after model creation).Serum amylase,lipase,pancreatic cell apoptosis index and pancreatic pathological score were compared among the three groups.Results Serum amylase and lipase levels,pancreatic cell apoptosis index and pancreatic pathological score in the group B and group C were significantly lower than those in the group A,which in the group C were significantly lower than those in the group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The arterial perfusion in 5-FU region can inhibit the apoptosis of pancreatic cells in SAP rats,protects the pancreatic cells from the attack by the immunoactive substances,and has the protective effect on pancreas.
