胰腺癌患者血培养检出非O1非O139群霍乱弧菌1例

摘　　要：目的分析和探讨非O1非O139群霍乱弧菌临床特点和实验室特征。方法观察本院一例胰腺癌患者非O1非O139霍乱弧菌临床感染及预后情况,通过形态学检查、菌落特征、生化反应、16S r RNA基因测序及血清学试验对待检菌进行鉴定并根据CLSI文件进行药敏试验。结果患者有发热、腹泻症状,血培养中检出霍乱弧菌,经血清学试验鉴定为非O1非O139群霍乱弧菌,经左氧氟沙星治疗后痊愈,10 d后出院。结论免疫低下患者发热腹泻应当提防非O1非O139引起的感染,应尽早送检实验室检查,明确诊断,规范治疗。Objective The aim of this study is to analyze and investigate the clinical and laboratory characteristics of non-O1 non-O139 Vibrio cholerae.Methods To observe the clinical infection and prognosis of non-O1 non-O139 Vibrio cholerae in a patient with pancreatic cancer in our hospital.The bacteria were identified by morphological examination,colony characteristics,biochemical reaction,16s rRNA gene sequencing and serological test,and the antibiotic suscepitibility test was carried out according to CLSI files.Results The patients had symptoms of fever and diarrhea.Vibrio cholerae was isolated from blood culture.It was identified as non-O1 non-O139 Vibrio cholerae by serological test.And the patients recovered after treatment with levofloxacin and was discharged 10 days later.Conclusion Febrile and diarrhea in immunocompromised patients should be aware of infection caused by non-O1 and non-O139,and should be sent to the laboratory for microbiological examination as soon as possible to make a clear diagnosis and be treated with antibiotics reasonably.
