新鲜冰冻血浆/普通冰冻血浆融化后放置时间差异对血栓弹力图凝血时间及Angel角的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨新鲜冰冻血浆(FFP)/普通冰冻血浆(FP)融化后放置时间差异对血栓弹力图凝血时间及Angel角的影响,为后续指导临床输血工作提供更多参考。方法随机分批抽取FFP和FP各50份,采用血栓弹力图仪分别于血浆溶化后即刻、2h、4h、6h、12h及24h检测,比较FFP和FP融化后不同时间点凝血时间和Angel角。结果FFP融化后12h和24h凝血时间显著长于融化后即刻(P<0.05);FFP融化后24hAngel角显著小于融化后即刻(P<0.05);FP融化后12h和24h凝血时间显著长于融化后即刻(P<0.05);FFP融化后12h和24hAngel角显著小于融化后即刻(P<0.05)。结论FFP/FP融化后放置时间超过12h可能导致凝血因子活性下降,故应尽快输注以保证血浆输注效果。Objective To investigate the influence of different placement time of FFP/FP after ablation on coagulation time and Angel angle in thromboelastography,so as to provide reference for the guidance of clinical blood transfusion work with follow-up.Methods Fifty samples of FFP and FP were separately randomly sampled in batches.Thromboelastograph was used to detect the coagulation time and Angel angle immediately,or at 2h,4h,6h,12h and 24h after plasma melting respectively.The coagulation time and Angel angle were compared among different time after plasma melting for FFP and FP.Results The coagulation time for 12h and 24h after plasma melting of FFP were significant more than immediately(P<0.05).The Angel angle for 24 hours after plasma melting of FFP were significant less than immediately(P<0.05).The coagulation time for 12 h and 24 h after plasma melting of FP were significant more than immediately(P<0.05).The Angel angle for 12 h and 24 h after plasma melting of FP were significant less than immediately(P<0.05).The coagulation time for 12 h and 24 h after plasma melting of FFP were significant less than FP(P<0.05).The Angel angle for 24 hours after plasma melting of FFP were significant more than FP(P<0.05).Conclusion FFP/FP placed for more than 12 hours after melting should cause the decreased activity of coagulation factor.Therefore,it may be necessary to infuse FFP/FP as soon as possible to ensure the effect of plasma infusion.
