摘　　要：为比较不同地区火鸡组织滴虫分离株的致病力是否存在差异,对2株火鸡组织滴虫虫株JSYZ-A和JSYZ-B通过人工感染试验进行了毒力评价。结果表明,感染后15d苏禽黄羽肉鸡泄殖腔感染虫体10^5个/只,感染后15d扑杀时发病率、病死率、增重、肝脏和盲肠病变计分等致病力评价指标2株虫体间存在差异:JSYZ-A株导致的发病率和病死率相比JSYZ-B株更为严重;与未感染对照组相比,2株虫株感染后均严重影响增重,其中JSYZ-A株对增重的影响稍大于JSYZ-B株,但2株间差异不显著(P>0.05);JSYZ-A株导致的肝脏和盲肠病变计分均比JSYZ-B株严重,其中肝脏病变计分存在显著性差异(P<0.05),盲肠病变计分差异不显著。不同地区火鸡组织滴虫分离株的致病力存在差异,筛选出的强毒株可用于致弱活疫苗的研制或虫体致病机理的研究。To compare the pathogenicity of H.meleagridis between two different geographical isolates,strains JSYZ-A and JSYZ-B were used to infect chickens.Thirty Yellow Feather broilers at 15 days of age were randomly divided into three groups,two of which were infected cloacally with JSYZ-A and JSYZ B respectively,at a dose of 105 parasites per chicken,and the third group served as the unchallenged control.At 30 days of age post challenge,chickens were culled and weighed.The morbidity,mortality,body weight gain and lesion scores of liver and cecum were recorded and used to evaluate the virulence.The results showed that the incidence rate and mortality rate of JSYZ-A strain were higher than those of JSYZ B strain.Compared with the control group,the body weight gain of chickens infected with either strain was seriously affected,the effect of JSYZ-A was slightly greater than that of JSYZ-B strain,but there was no significant difference between the two strains(P>0.05).Scores of liver and cecum lesion caused by JSYZ-A strain was more serious than that of JSYZ-B strain,and there was significant difference in liver lesion score(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in cecum lesion score.The results above show that there were differences in pathogenicity of the H.meleagridis from different regions.Our study lays a foundation for the further study of the pathogenic mechanism and attenuated live vaccine against H.meleagridis infection.
