摘 要:目前液态保存精液的人工授精技术被猪场广泛采用,因此廉价有效的保存液对生猪生产十分重要。本研究的目的是探究精胺对液态保存猪精子质量的影响。主要检测了精子的活力、质膜完整性、顶体完整性、活性氧含量、线粒体膜电位、细胞凋亡水平和体外受精能力。结果显示,精液保存液中添加精胺有助于提高猪精子保存质量,同时发现精胺可以减少活性氧的过多产生和抑制精子凋亡。此外,本研究发现精胺能够提高精子受精能力和囊胚发育能力。结果表明,在精液保存液中添加适当浓度的精胺有助于改善在液态保存的猪精子的质量。At present,artificial insemination of liquid semen is widely used in pig farms,so cheap and effective preservation extender is of great importance for pig production.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of spermine on the quality of liquid preserved boar sperm.Sperm motility,membrane integrity,acrosome integrity,reactive oxygen species content,mitochondrial mem brane potential,apoptosis level and fertilization ability in vitro were measured.The results showed that the addition of spermidine to the semen preservative solution helped to improve the quality of pig semen preservation,and spermine could reduce the excessive production of reactive oxygen species and inhibit sperm apoptosis.In addition,spermine could improve sperm fertilization and following blastocyst development.These results suggest that adding the appropriate concentration of spermine to the sperm preservation fluid improves the quality of boar sperm preserved in the liquid storage.
