摘 要:为探究仿真中网格密度和内膛结构参数对某小口径枪弹弹头动态挤进过程的影响,建立了挤进过程的数值仿真模型,模拟分析了不同网格密度以及阳线直径下弹头挤进过程中挤进阻力、身管坡膛导转侧应力的变化规律和网格密度、阳线直径变化对弹头挤进过程的影响。Taking the dynamic engraving process of a small caliber bullet as the research object,in order to explore the influence of mesh density and forcing cone structural parameters on the engraving process in simulation,a numerical simulation model of the engraving process was established and the bullet engraving process was simulated by the method of multi software synthesis.The variation laws of the engraving resistance and the stress of forcing side stress of the rifling in the process of bullet engraving under different mesh densities and the diameter of the rifling land were analyzed,and the influence laws of the variation of mesh density and the diameter of the rifling on the process of bullet engraving were obtained,which provides a valuable reference for the subsequent research on the process of bullet engraving.
