摘 要:从人枪系统入手,根据立姿抵肩无依托射击的特点,建立了刚柔耦合的人枪系统动力学虚拟样机,并基于集合优化软件ISIGHT,集成ADAMS和Matlab软件进行并行优化设计以抵肩部位所受载荷和枪口垂直角位移为目标函数,以导气孔直径、气室初始容积、活塞直径、复进簧刚度、击锤簧刚度、枪机框质量为设计变量,利用自适应模拟退火算法求解得到设计变量的优化值,对优化结果进行了仿真验证,验证结果表明:优化后活塞杆所受的最大力下降1.3%,弹丸在出膛口时的枪口垂直角位移减少6.7%,抵肩部位所受的最大力也下降12.26%,提高了步枪的连发射击精度,达到了优化设计目的并节约了人力和时间,对武器系统的优化设计有参考价值。Starting with the man gun system,according to the characteristics of standing shoulder butting and non relying shooting,a virtual prototype of man gun system dynamics with rigid flexible coupling was established.Based on the set optimization software iSIGHT,the parallel optimization was carried out by integrating Adams and Matlab software.Taking the load on the shoulder butting position and the vertical angular displacement of the muzzle as the objective function,and taking the diameter of the air vent and the initial air chamber as the objective function Volume,piston diameter,reentry spring stiffness,hammer spring stiffness and gun frame mass were design variables,which were solved by adaptive simulated annealing algorithm(ASA),and the optimized values of design variables were obtained.The simulation results show that the maximum force on the piston rod decreased by 1.3%after optimization,and the vertical angular displacement of the bullet at the exit decreased by 6.7%At the same time,the maximum force on the shoulder was reduced by 12.26%,which improves the precision of the rifle firing,achieves the purpose of optimization design and saves the cost of manpower and time,and provides the technical approach and reference value for the optimization design of weapon system.
