摘 要:某液体火箭发动机入口压力偏低,采用射流泵为主泵入口增压以避免主泵离心轮内出现气蚀,射流泵、主泵等组件共同构成射流泵供应系统。在发动机起动过程中,射流泵的性能影响主泵的气蚀断裂余量。建立发动机及射流泵供应系统动力学模型,开展发动机起动过程仿真。分析射流泵供应系统中推进剂温升对泵工作的影响,研究阀门打开压力、发动机入口压力对发动机起动过程的影响。结果表明:对于射流泵供应系统起动过程,分析泵的气蚀余量时必须考虑推进剂温升、饱和蒸汽压的变化;偏高的控制阀打开压力将使主泵入口压力提升偏晚,导致泵腔内出现气蚀,在2~10 MPa选择控制阀的打开压力较为合理;发动机入口压力可以影响起动加速性及泵气蚀断裂压力变化速率,在起动过程中适当提高氧化剂入口压力可使泵具有足够的气蚀余量。Jet pumps were used to elevate inlet pressure of main pumps,which can help to reduce the possibility of cavitation,jet pump supply system is mainly consists of jet pump,main pump and other components.During the start-up process,the performance of jet pump effects the cavitation margin of the main pump.Dynamic models of liquid rocket engine and jet pump supply system were constructed to simulate the start-up process,the effects of propellant temperature on the pump performance,and the effects of value open pressure and engine inlet pressure on the start-up process were analyzed.The results indicate that the propellant temperature should be taken into consideration when analyzing the cavitation phenomenon during start-up process of jet pump supply system;High control valve open pressure will delay the intervention of jet pump,which results in cavitation,and the reasonable valve open pressure is 2~10 MPa;Inlet pressure could affects the acceleration character of liquid rocket engine,which could lead to fracture by cavitation.Reasonable inlet pressure can make sure that the engine owns enough cavitation margin during star-up process.
