摘 要:针对防暴动能弹持续引发致残致亡等严重安全事件,为提高其固有安全性和服役安全性需要通过测试对动能弹丸的致伤威力进行全面评估。通过系统综述钝性弹道冲击测试平台、替代品和终点弹道测试相关文献,指出在弹丸发射一致性、靶标保真性和损伤机理研究等方面存在的不足,建议基于弹道空气炮系统,加长发射管,提高弹丸发射的弹道一致性和着靶能量一致性;建议通过相似理论构建集成多类型传感器的复合靶标,提高靶标受击响应的保真性;介绍了通过揭示弹-靶能量交互及靶标内应力波的动态传播规律阐明防暴动能弹不同载荷特性下的损伤机理。In order to improve the inherent safety and service safety of anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles which continue cause serious safety incidents such as disability and death,a comprehensive evaluation of the kinetic energy projectile’s injury power was required.We systematic reviewed the blunt ballistic impact testing platforms,surrogates,and end-point ballistic testing literatures,which indicate that the existing research has shortcomings in projectile launch consistency,target fidelity,and injury mechanism research.It is recommended that based on the ballistic air gun system,and lengthen of the launch tube,in order to improve trajectory consistency and impact energy consistency of the projectile;we built a composite target integrating multiple types of sensors through the similarity theory to improve the fidelity of the target’s impact response;by clearly revealing the energy interaction between projectile-target and the dynamic propagation of the stress wave within the target,we then clarified the injury mechanism of anti-riot kinetic energy projectile under different load characteristics.
