摘  要:以干馏秸秆和石墨为外加碳源,选用8701炸药提供能量,采用直接爆轰法合成金刚石。爆轰产物采用浓硫酸和高氯酸联合氧化法提纯,使用SEM、XRD和激光粒度仪对表征其性能。结果表明:以干馏秸秆为外加碳源,可以获得颗粒度较小,晶粒尺寸更大、晶格更加完整的聚晶金刚石,同时也有石墨相生成;干馏秸秆和石墨爆轰合成的金刚石晶粒尺寸有明显差别,颗粒度分布不同,且在粒径尺寸较大的颗粒表面附着有很多纳米尺度小颗粒;干馏秸秆与石墨爆轰合成聚晶金刚石转化机理类似。The dry distillation straw and the graphite were used as external carbon sources,and 8701 explosive was used to provide energy,and diamond was synthesized by direct detonation method.The detonation products were purified by combined oxidation of concentrated sulfuric acid and perchloric acid,and they were characterized by SEM,XRD and laser particle size analyzer.The results show that polycrystalline diamonds obtained from the dry distillation straws have properties of smaller particle size and larger grain size and more complete crystal lattice,and with some graphite phase formation.The grain sizes of the diamonds are significantly different between from the dry distillation straws and the graphite.Their particle size distribution are different also,and in which many nanoscale particles attached to the surface of the larger-sized ones.The Detonation Polycrystalline Diamond conversion mechanism of the dry distillation straw with the graphite is similar.
