摘  要:为解决低感高能炸药用于冲击片雷管时起爆可靠性和长贮起爆可靠性的矛盾,防止超细粒子在长贮中发生团聚是关键。叙述了一种海胆状LLM-105晶体的制备方法,掌握了关键结晶参数对海胆状LLM-105形貌的影响规律,采用了XRD、1H NMR、FT-IR等手段表征了海胆状LLM-105的结构,再以TG-DSC和量热实验获得了热性能和爆轰性能。结果表明:海胆状LLM-105的热分解峰值温度高于普通LLM-105约5℃,恒容燃烧热为-9.95 kJ/g,标准摩尔生成焓为-7.253 kJ/mol;密度1.6 g/cm^3时的爆压和爆速分别为22.0 GPa和7.304 km/s。与HNS、TATB及HMX等炸药相比,海胆状LLM-105可作为新一代冲击片雷管用始发药的优选对象。There is a conflict between detonation reliability of explosives and the detonation reliability after long-term storage when low-sensitivity and high-energy explosives were used in the slapper detonator.In order to solve the conflict,it is critical to prevent the ultrafine particles from agglomerating in long-term storage.Therefore,the preparation of LLM-105 crystal with sea-urchin-shaped morphology was described.The influence of some crystallization parameters on the morphology of sea-urchin-shaped LLM-105 was studied.The structure of sea-urchin-shaped LLM-105 was characterized by XRD,1H NMR,FT-IR,and the thermal properties and explosion properties were obtained by TG-DSC and calorimetric experiments.The results show that the thermal decomposition peak temperature of sea-urchin-shaped LLM-105 was about 5℃higher than that of ordinary LLM-105.The constant volume combustion energy was-9.95 kJ/g,the standard molar enthalpy of formation was-7.253 kJ/mol;when density was constant at 1.6 g/cm^3,the detonation pressure and detonation velocity of sea-urchin-shaped LLM-105 were 22.0 GPa and 7.304 km/s,respectively.Compared with HNS,TATB and HMX,sea-urchin-shaped LLM-105 has high energy and good safety,and is a preferred explosive as primary explosives for the new generation slapper detonator.
