摘  要:SrB4O7∶Sm^2+材料具有发射峰单一、强度大、半峰全宽窄,且发射峰随压力的变化有比较显著频移等特性,通常作为校准高压光传感材料红宝石的潜在替代物。为了研究其感应测高压性能受材料结晶度的影响规律,分别采用溶胶-凝胶法、高温固相法和水热合成法制备了高压光学敏感的传感材料SrB4O7∶Sm^2+,用XRD对其结构进行表征,分析了SrB4O7∶Sm^2+的发光特性。结果表明,水热合成法制备的SrB4O7∶Sm^2+结晶度最佳,发射峰随压力的变化有比较显著频移,同时发射峰强度大,且半峰全宽较窄,可为压力光感材料红宝石的优良替代物。Strong and single Emission peak from SrB4O7∶Sm^2+with narrow full width at half maximum(FWHM),and the significant frequency shift with the change of pressure.It is a potential alternative for calibrating ruby of high-pressure light sensing materials.However,its high-pressure optical sensing properties are influenced by the purity of the sample.In order to study the influence of the crystallinity on the optical sensing properties,SrB4O7∶Sm^2+was prepared by the sol-gel method,high-temperature solid-phase method,and hydrothermal method.The results show that the SrB4O7∶Sm^2+prepared by hydrothermal method has the best crystallinity.The emission peak of SrB4O7∶Sm^2+has a significant frequency shift with the change of pressure,the intensity of the emission peak is large,and the FWHM is narrow,which can be a good substitute for high-pressure optical sensitive materials ruby.
