摘 要:提出一种运用存储测试原理的网靶式多通道破片测速系统设计方案。该方案采用基于FPGA的采集控制逻辑设计和基于LabVIEW的上位机软件设计相结合的方式,实现对测试通道的灵活组建和对测试数据的智能化显示处理。设计了多次实弹靶场弹丸破片测速现场试验,试验结果表明系统捕捉有效梳状靶断靶信号的通道数在95%以上,测试数据准确度高;通道数可以灵活选择和系统工作参数可编程设置,系统通用性好;与传统测速系统相比,上位机操作简单且智能化,交互性好。该系统为各类弹丸破片杀伤力评估提供了有效可靠的测试手段。A design scheme of a net target type and multichannel speed measurement system for projectile fragment was designed by applying the storage measurement theory proposed.The design of control logic for acquisition and storage based on FPGA and the design scheme of upper computer display software based on LabVIEW was mainly used.Flexible construction of the measurement channels and intelligent display processing of test data was realized.Several field experiments of fragment velocity measurement in live range are designed.The experimental results show that the valid channel number of the system is more than 95%.The accuracy of test data is high;The number of channels can be selected flexibly and the working parameters of the system can be set programmatically;Compared with the traditional speed measurement system,the upper computer is easy to operate and intelligent,and has good interactivity.The system provides effective and reliable test method for the damage assessment of various projectile fragments.
