摘 要:考察泰国、印度尼西亚和马来西亚天然橡胶(NR,一级烟胶片)的门尼粘度对装甲车辆销耳橡胶衬套胶料物理性能和耐热老化性能以及销耳橡胶衬套动态疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,销耳橡胶衬套胶料的物理性能和销耳橡胶衬套动态疲劳寿命与NR的门尼粘度正相关,销耳橡胶衬套胶料的耐热老化性能与其反相关。The influence of the Mooney viscosity of natural rubber(NR,RSS1) from Thailand,Indonesia and Malaysia on the physical properties and heat aging resistance of armored vehicle pin lug rubber bushing compound and dynamic fatigue life of pin lug rubber bushing was investigated. The results showed that the physical properties of the pin lug rubber bushing compound and dynamic fatigue life of pin lug rubber bushing were positively correlated with the Mooney viscosity of NR,and the heat aging resistance of the pin lug rubber bushing compound was inversely correlated to it.
