舍饲哈萨克母羊在乏情期补饲精料对其诱导发情效果及相关生殖激素变化规律的研究

摘　　要：目的为了研究在乏情期补饲适量精料对舍饲哈萨克母羊发情的影响及其生殖激素的变化情况。方法本研究以舍饲哈萨克母羊为研究对象,试验采用提高营养因素来诱导绵羊发情的方法,在乏情期(2~6月)正常饲喂的基础上额外补饲适量精料,对照组无精料补饲;同时通过ELISA检测所有发情与不发情母羊外周血液中P 4、E 2、LH和FSH等生殖激素浓度的差异。结果哈萨克母羊在乏情期经精料补饲,其发情率显著高于对照组(44%VS 16%)。结论乏情期发情母羊体内P 4的含量显著低于不发情母羊(P<0.05),发情母羊E 2、LH和FSH的含量显著高于不发情母羊(P<0.05),且试验组与对照组绵羊血液中E2和P4呈波动式变化,LH和FSH呈脉冲式变化。Objective In order to study the effect of supplemental feeding of appropriate amount of concentrate on the estrus of Kazak sheep and the changes of reproductive hormones.Method this study takes Kazak sheep as a research object,on the basis of normal feeding in the period of relentlessness(2-6 months),supplementary supplements with appropriate amount of concentrate,control group without supplement feeding;At the same time,the difference in the concentration of reproductive hormones such as P 4,E 2,LH and FSH in the peripheral blood of all estrous and non-estrus ewes was detected by ELISA.Results The results showed that,Kazak sheep were fed with concentrates during the period of estrus,and their estrus rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(44%VS 16%).Conclusion During the non-estrus period,the content of P 4 in estrus ewes is significantly lower than that in non-estrus ewes(P<0.05),E 2、LH and FSH contents of estrus ewes are significantly higher than non-estrus ewes(P<0.05).And the E2 and P4 in the blood of the experimental group and the control group showed fluctuating changes,LH and FSH changed in a pulsed manner.
