村镇复合隔震建筑抗震性能影响因素的研究

摘  要:为了研究村镇复合隔震技术相关影响因素对房屋抗震性能的影响,并明确不同烈度区合理的设计参数,本文结合村镇砌体房屋建造实际情况,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立了复合隔震结构、传统的砌体结构2种模型,进行弹塑性动力时程分析,通过对比这2种模型得出地震烈度、滑移层摩擦系数、房屋层数及场地类别等因素对复合隔震建筑加速度、位移、上部结构底部剪力等动力响应的影响规律。结果表明:复合隔震体系具有良好的隔震效果,其主要影响因素为地震烈度和滑移层摩擦系数;随着地震烈度的增加、摩擦系数的减小,复合隔震结构的隔震率显著增加;在预设隔震率为40%的条件下,复合隔震结构滑移层摩擦系数在不同抗震设防烈度区的合理取值范围为:7度区(0.1 g)应小于0.2,7度区(0.15 g)应小于0.3,8度区(0.2 g)应小于0.32,8度区(0.3 g)应小于0.35。In order to study the influence of factors related to composite isolation technology for rural buildings on seismic performance of buildings and identify the reasonable design parameters of different intensity zones.Based on the ABAQUS finite element software and combined the actual situation of rural masonry buildings,two different models of composite isolation structure and traditional masonry structure were established.By comparing the two models,the influence law of factors such as seismic intensity,friction coefficient of slip layer,the number of storey and site classification on dynamic response of acceleration,displacement and base shear of composite isolation system for rural buildings were obtained.The results show that the composite isolation system has a better isolation effect and the main influencing factors are the earthquake intensity and the friction coefficient of slip layer,furthermore,with the increase of the seismic intensity and the decrease of the friction coefficient,the isolation rate of the composite isolation structure significantly increases.Under the condition of setting 40%isolation rate,the reasonable value of the friction coefficient of the slip layer in different seismic intensity zones was obtained.
