摘 要:目前,新型冠状肺炎(COVID-19)仍是世界各国面临的主要公共卫生问题。早发现、早隔离、早治疗是目前控制COVID-19传播的主要手段。因此,开发快速、灵敏、准确、简便、经济的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)检测方法对于疫情的控制至关重要。本文综述了目前已有的部分快速检测手段(主要是针对核酸和蛋白检测)用于实现对SARS-CoV-2检测的最新进展。同时,本文针对已有的检测方法所面临的问题进行了总结,并对SARS-CoV-2检测方法的未来发展趋势进行了展望,以期为研究人员在新检测方法的开发方面提供借鉴作用。At present,the COVID-19 is still a major public health problem in the world.Early detection,isolation,and treatment are the main means to control the spread of the disease.The development of rapid,sensitive,accurate,simple and economical methods for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 are essential for the control of the epidemic.In this paper,the latest progress of some existing rapid detection methods(mainly for nucleic acid and protein detection)for the SARSCoV-2 are reviewed.At the same time,the problems of existing detection methods are summarized,and the future development trend of SARS-CoV-2 detection method is also prospected,in order to provide a reference for researchers in the development of new detection methods.
