儿童疾病与保健网络咨询在新冠疫情中的实践

摘　　要：目的:对深圳市某三级甲等妇幼保健院新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情网络免费咨询的儿科疾病进行分析,以了解疫情期间儿童患病情况。方法:选取2020年1月31日至2020年3月9日在深圳市妇幼保健院智慧医院网络咨询的404例患儿为研究对象,收集包括年龄、性别、地址(市内/市外)、就诊疾病及症状等信息,采用构成比了解新冠肺炎流行期间网络咨询儿科疾病的构成情况。结果:404例患儿中,咨询前3位的疾病为消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、皮肤疾病;从年龄层面分析,29天~6月组小婴儿咨询率最高;分析年龄别疾病构成后发现,新生儿、29天~6月组、1~3岁组分别以皮肤疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病为咨询首位疾病。结论:通过总结疫情期间智慧医院网络免费咨询儿科疾病情况,为儿童的疾病控制及预防提供更好的服务。Objective:To analyze free internet consultation of pediatric diseases in a Grade-A tertiary maternal and children healthcare hospital in the epidemic of COVID-2019 in Shenzhen,and to understand the occurrence of Pediatric diseases during this period.Methods:From January 312020 to March 92020,404 pediatric patients were enrolled who were consulted by Internet in Shenzhen Maternity and Children Healthcare Hospital.The information including age,gender,address(locally and internationally),disease and symptoms were collected.Pediatric diseases was analyzed by constituent ratio.Results:Among the 404 children consulted,the top three diseases consulted were digestive system diseases,respiratory system diseases and skin diseases.The consultation rate was the highest in the infants of 29 days to 6 months group.After analyzing the diseases of age,we found that the first diseases were skin diseases in newborn,digestive system diseases in 29 days to 6 months group,respiratory system diseases in 1-3 years group.Conclusion:The composition of pediatric diseases by free internet consultation were summarized through the smart hospital during the epidemic of COVID-2019,it will provide a new medical diagnosis and treatment mode for children's disease control and prevention with better health services for children.
