肩胛骨侧位在仰卧位的投照方法及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:采用仰卧位摄影得到标准肩胛骨侧位影像的研究。方法:收集2016年7月至2017年10月50例病例,能站立者采用站立位摄影,不能站立者及能站立而未获得标准影像者采用仰卧位进行肩胛骨侧位的摄影,对比获得的图像。结果:结果显示利用仰卧位可以更容易获得标准的肩胛骨侧位影像,既能符合影像诊断,又能满足临床需求。结论:利用仰卧位摄影,同侧抬高使身体冠状面与探测器成30°~40°角,中心线经过肩胛骨外侧缘中点垂直摄入,可以获得标准的肩胛骨侧位影像。Objective:With supine photography without traditional standing position to obtain the standard scapula lateral image.Methods:From July 2016 to October 2017,50 cases were collected,and the images were compared with the standing position by using the supine position for the position of the shoulder blade.Results :The results show that thesupine position could also obtain the standard scapula lateral image,which could not only meet the imaging diagnosis,but also meet the clinical needs.Conclusion:Using the supine position photography,the coronal plane and the probe into 30°-40° angle with the lateral elevation,and the center line was taken vertically through the middle of the lateral margin of the scapula.This method of photography can also obtain the standard scapula lateral image.
