胃复安联合利多卡因胶浆提高盲插鼻空肠管置管成功率的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨提高盲插鼻空肠管置管成功率的方法。方法:按随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组各50例,实验组采用肌肉注射胃复安及胃内注入利多卡因胶浆方法插入鼻空肠管,对照组采用肌肉注射胃复安方法插入鼻空肠管,观察两组置管时间及置管成功率。结果:实验组置管时间(15.58±4.78)min,成功率89.58%,对照组置管时间(20.13±7.45)min,成功率79.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃复安联合利多卡因胶浆可提高盲插鼻空肠管置管成功率。Objective:To explore a method to improve the success rate of blind nasojejunal tube insertion.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of random numbers generated by the computer.The experimental group received intramuscular injection of metopramide and intramuscular injection of lidocaine glue to insert the nasal jejunum tube,and the control group received intramuscular injection of metopramide to insert the nasal jejunum tube.Results:The tube setting time in the experimental group was 15.58±4.78 min,with a success rate of 89.58%.The tube setting time in the control group was 20.13±7.45 min,with a success rate of 79.59%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoclopramide combined with lidocaine can further improve the success rate of blind nasojejunal tube insertion.
