新生儿气管插管内不同吸痰方法的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究新生儿气管插管内不同吸痰方法效果。方法:将纳入研究的新生儿160例随机分成两组,每组80例,研究组采用改进吸痰方法,对照组采用传统吸痰方法,观察两组患儿的日吸痰次数、气道黏膜损伤例数、气管导管堵管例数、肺部感染例数。结果:研究组患儿肺部感染例数较对照组减少(P<0.05),日吸痰次数及气管导管堵管例数明显减少(P<0.01),气道黏膜损伤例数两组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:新生儿气管插管内改进吸痰法保证了呼吸道分泌物得到彻底有效的清除,防止痰液堵塞人工气道,延长吸痰的间隔时间,减少日吸痰次数,降低肺部感染的发生率,而且不会因带负压吸痰而增加气道黏膜的损伤,在一定程度上减轻了护士工作量,提高了工作效率,减轻患儿痛苦,确保患儿安全。Objective:To study the effect of different sputum aspiration methods in endotracheal intubation of neonates.Methods:A total of 160 newborns were randomly divided into two groups(study group and control group)with 80 children in each group.The study group adopted the improved sputum aspiration method,while the control group adopted the traditional sputum aspiration method.The daily sputum aspiration,number of cases of airway mucosal injury,number of cases of endotracheal tube blockage,and number of cases of pulmonary infection were observed between the two groups.Results:The number of pulmonary infection cases in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of daily sputum aspiration and endotracheal tube occlusion cases were significantly reduced(P<0.01),and there was no difference in the number of cases of airway mucosal injury(P>0.05).Conclusion:The improved sputum aspiration method in endotracheal intubation of neonates ensures the thorough and effective removal of respiratory secretions,prevents the sputum from blocking the artificial airway,prolongs the interval of sputum aspiration,reduces the frequency of daily sputum aspiration,and reduces the incidence of pulmonary infection.Moreover,sputum aspiration with negative pressure will not increase the damage of airway mucosa.To some extent,it can reduce the workload of nurses and improve the work efficiency,reduce the suffering of children,and ensure the safety of children.
